toto21 prohibits any form of fraud, collusion, manipulation, or exploitation of technical errors. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and affected balances may be voided pending investigation.

To register a toto21 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. toto21 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion.
Each individual may register and maintain only one toto21 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms. toto21 may suspend all accounts associated with a single individual found to hold multiple accounts and may void any balances or winnings held across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto21 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. toto21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify toto21 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. All activity conducted via your toto21 account, whether authorised by you or not, will be your responsibility unless and until toto21 is notified of a suspected breach and takes appropriate action.
toto21 employs SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, toto21 cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for interception of data by third parties outside of toto21's reasonable control.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed in the toto21 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your toto21 PKR balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. toto21 does not guarantee instant processing and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking network conditions. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method you have previously used for a deposit, subject to verification requirements. toto21 reserves the right to require standard Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification — including a copy of your CNIC — before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts above defined thresholds. Current withdrawal limits and processing times are displayed in the cashier. toto21 accepts no liability for processing delays attributable to payment providers or banking systems.
All toto21 account balances, bets, winnings, and payouts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). toto21 does not support foreign currency transactions on behalf of Pakistani users.
If a toto21 account has no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, it may be classified as dormant. toto21 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts, details of which will be communicated prior to any deduction. You will be notified via your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bets and wagers placed on toto21 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
toto21's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your toto21 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
toto21 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or error-free. Access to the Platform may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside toto21's reasonable control.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of Terms, toto21 reserves the right to void all or part of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. Funds in accounts closed for reasons other than breach of Terms will be returned to the account holder following standard verification procedures.
toto21's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the toto21 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to toto21's operating entity. In the event of any dispute between you and toto21, you agree to first attempt resolution through toto21 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by toto21's governing jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
